You can reset your password by clicking on the Forget Password link available in the ExaltPay Login page and follow the instructions.
You can view your profile details by clicking on the Login User or Username--> Profile option available in the merchant dashboard.
Profile details are updated by clicking on the Update Profile button available in the Profile Information page. Note: You can also update your personal as well as professional details by clicking on the Login User or Username--> Account Settings option in the Manage Account page.

Bank details can be added by clicking on the Add Bank button available under the Bank tab in the Manage Account page.

After providing your bank details, the first transfer amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
If you don't provide your bank details then you are not able to transfer amount to your bank account.
